- 1 cup frozen cauliflower
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 serving vanilla protein powder of choice
- 1/3 cup rolled oats (uncooked)
- Generous splash of vanilla extract
- Pinch of fine grain mineral salt
- 3 tablespoons cacao nibs or chopped dark chocolate
- 1/3 cup walnuts
- Blend frozen cauliflower, banana, vanilla, oats, vanilla, salt and splashes of water (just enough to blend) to your blender. Blend until well combined.
- Give it a taste, and add maple syrup or honey if more sweetness is desired.
- Pulse in the walnuts and cacao until chunky. Enjoy!
