  • 1 cup pecans
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp maple syrup


  1. Pulse pecans, garlic, and salt in blender or food processor until the mixture is the texture of coarse sand.
  2. Add mixture to skillet along with olive oil and maple syrup.
  3. Sauté over medium heat until fragrant and golden, about 5 minutes. Store in a tightly sealed container in the fridge for up to a week and enjoy!
