Ingredients

Scale
  • 3/4 cup water⁣
  • 3 sprigs fresh rosemary, on the stem⁣
  • 2 tbsp honey + more for rim ⁣
  • 2 medium oranges, preferably organic⁣
  • a palmful fine grain sea salt ⁣
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar ⁣
  • 1 can orange sparkling water ⁣

Instructions

  1. Boil the water and add the rosemary. Cover and steep for 10 minutes, then remove sprigs and any stray leaves. Stir in honey and put it in the fridge.⁣
  2. Zest half of 1 orange. Mix it with a palmful of salt— really rub it together to distribute the oils in the zest.
  3. Drizzle honey on a plate and roll rim of a glass in it. Use your finger to spread a thin layer down the top half of the outer glass. Roll the glasses into the orange salt mixture.⁣
  4. Juice the orange. To a large jar, add one cup (more or less) of the orange juice, apple cider vinegar, and rosemary mix. Stir to combine.⁣
  5. Add ice to glasses. Distribute the orange juice mixture between glasses until about 3/4 of the way full. Top with sparkling water. Enjoy!
