Noise Cancelling Headphones
While these BOSE headphones are expensive, they’ve helped my anxiety SO much, especially on flights. They REALLY block out a lot of the external noise, so you barely can tell you’re in a plane, and you can’t listen for all the dings and pings and engine power changes. I also love them for feeling way more zen when I take the subway.
