Okay, obviously this is my book—but it really is one of the best cookbooks I own. Everything is gluten-free, dairy-free, anti-inflammatory, blood sugar balancing, AND super delicious—think Enchilada Lasagna, Crispy Orange Chicken, General Tso’s cauliflower, AND lots of healthy dessert.
This is the blender that I use in my home every single day. Yes, it’s an investment, but they last for decades and they make quick work of literally anything you put in them (there’s a reason they’re the go-to in restaurant kitchens). I make my daily smoothie in mine, but I also make nut butters, soups, oat flour, and more.

This is one of those cookbooks I hit up when I’m feeling bored by food and I need some inspiration. Tieghan is a master of twisting old favorites to make them exciting and absolutely beautiful. It’s not the healthiest cookbook on the planet, but there are a ton of vegetables, and innovative dishes like a hummus-based carbonara. Normal washcloths can be really tough on your skin, overly exfoliating and breaking down your barrier layer. I love these organic baby wash cloths, which were recommended by a top facialist I was interviewing for a story. They’re gentle, and come in beautiful colors.
