Oil Of Oregano
by Garden of Life
This is my go-to when I get any sort of sickness. Just put about 8 drops in a glass of water and chug it down at the first sign of a cold, flu, or food poisoning—it works almost every time! (Plus, it’s SO affordable, and the bottle lasts forever).

Mood Plus Probiotic
by Garden of Life
This is my go-to probiotic that I take every single day. It contains specific probiotic strains to help with anxiety, and other strains that help with gut health, which is so important for that gut-brain connection. I’ve noticed a huge difference since incorporating it into my routine.
Vitamin C Booster
by True Botanicals
Vitamin C quickly degrades in liquid form, but this powder, which can be mixed with any serum, is super potent. I usually mix it with the Drunk Elephant Vitamin B serum for hydration and because antioxidants work synergistcally. It’s a great daytime wear because Vitamin C also helps protect your skin from the sun.
A-Passioni Retinol Cream
by Drunk Elephant
I use this nontoxic retinol 3 – 5x a week and it’s changed my skin. It’s the most effective and least irritating retinol that I’ve found, and the ingredients are super clean. Plus, a tube lasts pretty much forever.
This is the blender that I use in my home every single day. Yes, it’s an investment, but they last for decades and they make quick work of literally anything you put in them (there’s a reason they’re the go-to in restaurant kitchens). I make my daily smoothie in mine, but I also make nut butters, soups, oat flour, and more.
Probiotic + Exfoliation Mask
by Marie Veronique
A lot of exfoliating masks are really tough on your skin’s barrier layer, but this one is gentle enough to be non-irritating—and strong enough to do the job. I love the probiotics to help fight inflammation in the skin, as well. I use this 2x a week and it makes a huge difference in my skin.
Normal washcloths can be really tough on your skin, overly exfoliating and breaking down your barrier layer. I love these organic baby wash cloths, which were recommended by a top facialist I was interviewing for a story. They’re gentle, and come in beautiful colors.
