Vegan Chocolate Coffee Protein Smoothie

  • 2 cups spinach or mixed greens
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3 pitted Medjool dates
  • 1/4 cup hulled hemp hearts
  • 1/2 an avocado
  • 3 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 2 cups cold coffee or diluted cold brew
  • a splash of vanilla extract
  • a pinch of fine grain sea salt 


  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Pour into two glasses because this recipe serves 2. Share with a friend or save one for tomorrow! Enjoy!
