Make this healthy lemon thyme mocktail recipe in 5 easy steps

  1. Use a peeler to peel all of the skin off the lemon and place it in a drinking glass with fresh mint leaves and thyme.
  2. Use a wooden spoon to muddle them—you don’t need to go crazy, you’re just looking to release the oils.
  3. In a separate glass, mix together the honey and water—this lightens the honey so it incorporates into the drink instead of just sinking.⁣
  4. Add the honey water mixture, lemon juice, and ice to the muddled drinking glass.
  5. Top with kombucha and stir before garnishing with a mint sprig!

Don’t skip the fresh mint garnish!

Adding fresh mint sprig to this healthy Lemon Thyme mocktail does way more than making it look TOTALLY ‘gram worthy. Having the mint right by your nose as you sip actually enhances the flavor of the drink, because smell is a huge part of taste. You definitely won’t want to miss it.
