    As someone who has been a longterm fan of both Liz and Kate, and have been requesting this episode for literal years- this episode will leave you feeling like you want to listen again because it was SO good and filled with SO MANY helpful nuggets. Kate takes incredibly difficult things like trauma, anxiety, depression, and sensitivity and makes you feel like it is your superpower. This episode gets deep, but also feels like just a fun and refreshing conversation with the girlies. Also, have you heard of Match Theory? 😉
